Assistant Manager – Patron Services
Lyric Opera is seeking a full-time assistant manager for our newly developed Patron Service Center. This individual will report directly to the Patron Services Manager and duties will include processing of individual and subscription ticket sales, annual fund gift processing and fulfillment, as well as a variety of patron and data management projects for the department. The ideal candidate has a love and knowledge of classical music, exceptional customer service skills, natural sales ability and outstanding attention to organization and detail. Knowledge of the Tessitura patron management software is preferred, but not required.
