The Lyric Theatre is an accessible facility.

Wheelchair SeatingWheelchair Seating
Orchestra level seating for persons using wheelchairs is available by request. The Lyric Theatre does not have elevator access to the balcony level. (Please notify the ticket office in advance if you require wheelchair seating.)

Assisted Listening DevicesAssisted Listening Devices
Headphones with assistive listening devices are available for use during all opera performances for hearing impaired patrons.


Braille ProgramsBraille Programs
Braille programs are available for use by patrons at all opera performances. The braille programs can be obtained at the first floor usher's room in the east end of the inner lobby of the Lyric Theatre.

Large Print ProgramsLarge Print Programs
Large print copies of the show programs are available for use by patrons at all performances. The large print programs can be obtained at the first floor usher's room in the east end of the inner lobby of the Lyric Theatre.

Closed Caption Titles
English translations of all performances are projected above the stage. Please note that some seats in the rear of the orchestra level, front of the orcestra level and behind support columns are out of view of the titles.
