Crew Requirements:
The following crew sizes and hours were used for scenery load-in - the number may vary for the renting company depending on its own theatre and production schedule. The Lyric Opera of Kansas City pre-hangs electrics before scenery load-in.

NOTE: The renting company is required to provide round trip airfare and hotel accommodations for the technical supervisor. This show requires technical supervisor assistance as follows: 1 day for load-in (8 hours) and 1 day for load out (5 hours).

Scenery Notes:
Change from Act I Sc1 – Sc 2, Act 1 Sc2 – Sc3 is difficult - thus the numbers on running the show.

Change from Act II Sc1 – Sc 2 is difficult: lots of props.

Transportation:
This set requires 1 (one), 53 foot air ride truck, equipped with E-track or logistic posts; load bars or straps; and packing blankets. The renting company assumes all responsibility for transportation. Transportation may be arranged through the Lyric Opera of Kansas City.

Insurance:
The renting company must supply the Lyric Opera of Kansas City with a certificate of insurance for $175,000 (one hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars).
