The rental fee is based on a maximum of 5 performances. A fee of $1,500.00 will be charged for each additional performance. Shows on a revolving repertory system will be at a cost of $1,000.00 per performance, in addition to the rental fee.

Crew Requirements:
The following crew sizes and hours were used for scenery load-in - the number may vary for the renting company depending on its own theatre and production schedule. The Lyric Opera of Kansas City pre-hangs electrics before scenery load-in.

NOTE: The renting company is required to provide round trip airfare and hotel accommodations for the technical supervisor. This show requires technical supervisor assistance as follows: 2 days for load-in (12-16 hours) and 1 day for load out (6 hours).

Scenery Notes:
Must be able to lag disc and waves to the floor. Weight ballast on rolling rocks of 150 lbs per rolling rock unit. Oval Show Disc has traps, and is articulated to tip SR & SL. Boat (included in rental) rigged to fly 4 performers. LOKC used equipment rented from "ZFX".

Transportation:
This set requires 1 (one), 53 foot air ride truck, equipped with E-track or logistic posts; load bars or straps; and packing blankets. The renting company assumes all responsibility for transportation. Transportation may be arranged through the Lyric Opera of Kansas City.

Insurance:
The renting company must supply the Lyric Opera of Kansas City with a certificate of insurance for $200,000 (two hundred thousand dollars).
